Most of our fitness and healing classes now run on a monthly basis. Classes are held regardless of number of enrolless, but are capped to assure individual attention. If you are not an ongoing student, call the center during business hours to let us know you plan to attend. Note that prices vary according to length of month. Ongoing students receive a 10% discount when they enroll on the last week of the month. Students who begin after the first class session pay single-session rates.

The spelling looks funny, but it's easy to pronounce: just say "chi-kung". A movement meditation based in the ancient Chinese understanding of the dance of life-energy through the body. These centering and calming movements energize and sustain the practitioner. Qigong is especially suitable for those experiencing physical, emotional or spiritual transitions, as well as being ideal for those wishing to gain more physical flexibility or who are challenged by arthritis, hormonal changes, other shifts in energy flow.
